Working closely with global brand marketing teams, I have led a number of agencies to perform outstanding results in shopper marketing from insight programs through to award winning creative work.
Experience.
I have spent the last 20 years working with some of the most respected global brands and retailers, initially working as a Creative Director for one of the largest retail marketing companies, Bezier, before setting up the first shopper marketing company in the UK – Bluetouch. I went on to lead large shopper marketing agencies before establishing the fastest growing shopper focused agency, The Shopper Agency, in 2012. I have worked around the world for brands such as P&G, Unilever, Coca Cola, Walmart, LG, Apple and Sony to name only a few.

Physical retail will reinvent itself in the coming years as the global commerce hub. ‘In Real Life (IRL) shopping is not only the bedrock for human social sensorial experiences, but it is also the potential start, middle and end of all digitised commerce interactions. The physical experience is ‘human unique’ and remains a long way off from being truly synthesized or replicated virtually.
