Something about me.
I love driving my VW campervan to a festival and standing in a muddy field listening to loud music with good friends.
Having worked for both high street retailers such as Boots, along with design agencies and manufacturers over the last 25 years I thought I knew it all. But it amazes me how I am still learning new things every single day. I have learnt so much during my time in the retail environment I would like to think my knowledge and experience would be of great benefit to my clients. I have taken a keen interest in cognitive psychology which I believe is the key to understanding shopper behaviour and therefore understanding what drives their though processes to purchase.
Tomorrow’s Retail Today.
Bricks and mortar retail will change in the future. It is a constantly evolving environment, and it always will be. Ultimately shoppers will demand and drive new retail experiences and we must never lose sight of that fact. Retail will evolve to provide the shopper with a more experiential, sensual, pleasurable experience and all for the better. Exciting times lie ahead.
