I’ve had a varied career spanning 40+ years within Retail, Finance, Sales and for the past 20 years civil service. Now coming near to the end of my working life, I am delighted to have joined the Pivotal team in a part-time capacity to support their Accounts function.

I believe retail are embarking on a whole new journey. No longer are shoppers satisfied with browsing in stores that have become replicas of each other – they want something new and exciting. Welcome to the new age where retailers are free to make their space unique, impressive and a real experience which will entice the customer away from the computer. Together with the leisure and food sectors, retail have real opportunities to extend their shop windows beyond their own.
